During my time with Autotrader I learned a great deal about Product Development in an Agile environment, testing methodologies and customer satisfaction metrics. It was all about the innovation long-game. Making iterative improvements on the apps and web experience, rather than sea-change in the system’s design. Much of the good work we achieved was started by asking the question, “what if?“
